The working principle of the hard stone 150tph fixed crushing station is as follows:
1. Coarse crushing: large hard stones first enter the
jaw crusher for coarse crushing, and the materials are crushed to smaller particle sizes through the squeezing action of the movable jaw and the static jaw.
2. Medium and fine crushing: the coarsely crushed materials enter the cone crusher through the conveying equipment for medium and fine crushing, further reducing the particle size of the materials.
3. Screening: the medium and fine crushed materials enter the vibrating screen for screening, and the finished materials that meet the requirements are separated, and those that do not meet the requirements are returned to the cone crusher for re-crushing.
4. Finished product output: the screened finished materials are transported to the finished product yard or for subsequent processing through the conveying equipment.
Based on customer needs, we chose a PE600x900 jaw crusher for coarse crushing. Because of the hard stones, we choose an HPC300 hydraulic cone crusher for medium and fine crushing. The medium crushing mainly crushes the coarse materials from the jaw crusher, then finely crushes the return materials on the vibrating screen, and finally screens them through the vibrating screen.
The Ethiopian customer uses it for paving, which is the coarse material of concrete. The finished product requires two kinds of materials: 5-10mm and 10-20mm.
